　　2017年9月27日，美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)投票决定对特定具备无线网络功能的电子设备及组件(certain Wi-Fi enabled electronic devices and components thereof)启动337调查(调查编号：337-TA-1072)。

　　2017年8月29日，日本Sharp Corporation和美国Sharp Electronics Corporation向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，并且于2017年8月30日和9月21日补充了其立案申请内容，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的特定具备无线网络功能的电子设备及组件侵犯了其专利权(美国注册专利号为8325838和8279809)，请求美国ITC发布有限排除令和禁止令。

　　美国最终将以下企业列为指定应诉方：中国海信集团(Hisense Co., Ltd.)、青岛海信电器股份有限公司(Hisense Electric, Co. Ltd.)、香港Hisense International (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd.、美国Hisense USA Corporation、美国Hisense Electronics Manufacturing Company of America Corporation、美国Hisense USA Multimedia R&D Center, Inc.和美国Hisense Inc.。

　　美国贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
