　　2017年12月2日，美国联邦公报消息，环保署发布2则规则：

　　①.豁免4-羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶(Pseudomonas fluorescens 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase，HPPD-4)在所有食品中的最大残留限量，本条例于2017年12月4日生效，反对或听证要求按40 CFR§178的说明在2018年2月2日前提交;

　　②.拟豁免α-甲基甘露糖苷(α-Methyl Mannoside)在所有食品中的最大残留限量，征求意见期至2018年1月3日。以上规则已于2017年12月4日在官方公报上公布。
