　　2018年1月17日，美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)投票决定对特定包括复合垫系统的负载支撑系统及其部件 (Certain Load Supporting Systems, Including Composite Mat Systems, and Components Thereof) 启动337调查(调查编码：337-TA-1095)。调查中涉及的产品是大型复合地垫，用于建立用于支持大型物品(如卡车、油箱和油气钻探作业)的临时表面。

　　2017年12月15日，美国Newpark Mats & Integrated Services LLC of The Woodlands, TX向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权(美国注册专利号6,511,257 和 6,695,527)，请求美国ITC发布有限禁止令、消除令和禁止令。

　　美国国际贸易委员会最终将美国Checkers Industrial Products, LLC, of Broomfield, CO、英国Checkers Safety Group UK LTD of Altrincham, Cheshire, United Kingdom和英国Zigma Ground Solutions LTD of Stansted, Essex, United Kingdom.列为指定应诉方。

　　美国贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
